JoGGinG with mommYDaniald

hAi semuanya..
moga u all baik2 saja dan happy selalu :)
about the post: harap2 la bukan sekadar niat kami berdua ya, plan kami nak jogging sekali seminggu.hehe.Itu adalah niat i dengan cousin i mommyDaniald.
Setiap hari Ahad, kononnya nak jogging kat taman bulatan nih, if la tak ada aral melintang okeh. Untuk kesihatan ya, bukan tujuan nak turunkan berat badan semata-mata. Rasa2nya kami berdua ni bukanlah kategori gendot gitu.ehee
Anak2 main badminton & main basikal kat gelanggang ni with uncle kenny mereka. Kami jogging pun sekitar ni je, tak berani nak pergi jauh2 tinggalkan anak2..
So about the benefits of jogging. There are lots of them.., but i want to mention just a few:  jogging makes your cardiovascular fitness better, it makes you sleep better, it can prevent cancer, it can decrease body fat and many other benefits.elehhh :)
